Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
• Consistently implement lead generation systems
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Transform prospecting and lead generation into productive appointments
• Participate in script practice
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and client interactions within the PLACE Technology platform

Qualifications

You embody an innately driven sales expert fueled by a spirited sense of competition. Your knack for fostering connections, attentively understanding others' needs, and pinpointing effective solutions is unparalleled. Prospecting and lead generation are your realms of mastery, while overcoming objections is second nature. You are also:

• A Licensed real estate professional,
• 3+ years of service/sales experience,
• Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Rooted in a learning-oriented, growth-focused mindset,
