We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our team! As a Senior Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include sales, customer retention, training employees, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Presenting products & services and processing sales.

Collect payments by credit card

Issue receipts to customers

Take added responsibility for training, office responsibilities, and running meetings.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a sales associate, sales rep, or similar

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment
