Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. It will include several responsibilities, including, but not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Provide information about the products and services
- Order/Return Parts
- Data Entry
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
- Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with OSHA or regulatory standards and policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Available to work weekends
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Mitchell1 & Outlook
- Bilingual a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs, and maximum of 50lbs
- Ability to get in and out of an automobile frequently
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking
