Blue Millennial is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team and fill the Field Marketing Associate position. As a Field Marketing Associate, you will help build brand awareness within the retail location. The ideal candidate would be positive and bring high energy to increase and client acquisition. Our mission is to build sustainable relationships with customers to increase customer retention.

DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATE DUTIES:

Direct Marketing Associate will be responsible for tending to customer needs while providing innovative solutions. Associates are the face of our team and determine the ultimate consumer experience. They guide consumers to the most suitable choice, suggest premium options, and help with new product setup based upon the needs & wants of customers. Our associates are up to date on the latest news in order to be properly educated when speaking with customers. Our ideal candidate will be both great team players and team leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Local Candidates -Required
• Apply Critical Thinking Skills/Troubleshoot Routine Issues
• Provide Responses to Consumer Inquiries
• Versed in Compliance Guidelines
• Full-Time Availability- 40 hour weeks
• 1+ years of Retail, Customer Service, or Hospitality Experience (Preferred Not Required)
