Established Licensed Home Health Care Agency – NOW opening an IV Home Infusion Nursing Division

--- NEEDS immediate PER DIEM - FEE FOR SERVICE RN’s to provide Home Infusion Therapy.

RN Must have:

Current NYS RN license in good standing.

Minimum three (3) years nursing experience with a minimum of one (1) year infusion/IV experience. Oncology, Hematology, Critical Care Areas preferred (ICU, ER, Burn, C/V etc.)

Active CPR certification

Professional Insurance Coverage

Personal Access to transportation for business travel: Verifiable NYS Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance Policy.

Physical exam with DOH required lab work and Influenza Vaccination or Declination.

Solid Knowledge of PICCs, port-a caths, PIVs, and other Cardio Vascular Access devices (CVAD)

Independent ability to safely and expertly administer Immunoglobulin Therapy (IG), Chemotherapy and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) etc.

There is also need for RN’s to provide enteral nutrition home visits and to administer IM injectable medications.

Patient/Family education is strongly incorporated in our patient care model.

Availability is in all 5 Boroughs and Nassau County.
