    Outstanding opportunity for an organized, intelligent, action-oriented, problem solver with strong written and oral communication skills who will manage and execute personal and professional projects for a real estate and software company owner in the metro Atlanta area.   Position Overview The Personal Assistant will provide administrative level and personal support to the owner.  This contributor will play a key role by completing life management tasks and clerical functions in order for the owner to focus on high-level business-related responsibilities. This is a full-time position (approximately 30 flexible hours per week) with an excellent benefits package and paid time off. Normal working days and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST but can vary. The owner travels domestically and internationally; the assistant will need to be available as needed due to different time zones and can include evenings and weekends as needed.    Apply now for this great opportunity! Responsibilities: DUTIES AND TASKS FOR SUCCESS • The following position duties and tasks are directly related to the success of the Executive Assistant: • Communicating with people both inside and outside the organization – exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, or through email • Manage and maintain the owner’s calendar by scheduling work, meetings, calls and activities • Perform personal errands including, but not limited to: picking up dry cleaning, supplying groceries for residence, paying bills, scheduling cleaning/maintenance for home residence and car, and maintaining personal finances, including paying bills • Booking appointments, both personal and business, maintaining personal and business contact lists, picking up/sending mail/packages, assist with email correspondence/review, plan and book travel (accommodations, air travel, rental cars, etc.) • And other duties as necessary Qualifications: A successful candidate for the Executive Assistant position would have the following knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, and passions: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, great listening skills and a keen awareness of how to interact with people • Excellent verbal and written understanding of the English language, bi-lingual knowledge is a plus • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing and managing files and records • Strong customer service skills and a comfort level communicating via phone and email • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time to increase efficiency and productivity while still ensuring quality • Ability to address and handle last-minute issues regarding responsibilities • RELIABLE AND IMMEDIATE TRANSPORTATION AND ACTIVE DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED. • The position requires the candidate to live and work in the metro Atlanta area, with most work in the Northeast Atlanta area. Compensation: $30,000 - $35,000
