Our company is growing and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify client/influencer prospects with a history of or potential for business w/ BMA
• Study prospects’ business activities to identify opportunities for collaboration
• Streamline the marketing process
• Increase revenue and profitability through effective marketing strategies
• Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI
• Enhance digital marketing capabilities to reach target market
• Improve customer satisfaction through engaging in relevant marketing content
• Gather customer feedback & satisfaction scores
• Perform analytics on CRM data for customer insights
• Manage website & social media content
• Stay up to date on applicable government project opportunities
• Routine communication with team & clients
• Be flexible and jump into other areas of the business to support teams as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing &/or a degree in Marketing
• Minimum 1 years experience working in the Engineering & / or Architecture industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in digital marketing tools & platforms
• Proficient in social media management tools used for marketing
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible / Growth-mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

• Familiar with Cal E-procure & FedBizOps
• Proficient in Teams and the Microsoft Suite
