    We are seeking an additional part-time team member who will have a highly visible role within our organization. The position will support the human resources, clerical and administrative functions of the business and:

    -Growth mindset

    -Promote company culture and bonding (birthday and team celebrations)

    -Advertising for and onboarding of new personnel

    -Review and filter candidates

    -HR file organization and record keeping

    -Answer phone calls and messages from team and clients

    -Be flexible and jump into other areas of the business to support teams as needed

    -Facilitate the day to day administrative support of BMA

    Knowledge and Experience:

    -Possess a Bachelors or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of formal training/education in human resources.

    -3 + years of related experience in professional services is required

    -3+ years in a professional services environment is required

    -Industry experience in the field of architecture/engineering/construction is required

    -Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

    -Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office software (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)

    -Motivated by the challenge and opportunity to own work from concept to completion

    -Work independently with minimal supervision, yet you know when to ask questions and seek input
