BMA MEDIA GROUP, a full-service, union, creative agency based in Downtown Willoughby, Ohio, is searching for a junior professional to add to our Marketing Communications Team. We are on the exciting precipice of great growth and expansion in our industry! BMA Media Group is a small-sized agency that boasts a fast-paced environment, requiring applicants to demonstrate their ability to succeed in a rapidly changing digital marketing world.

The ideal candidate has some experience and background in digital advertising, has a general knowledge of the digital marketing industry (social media, digital advertising, website design/editing, etc.), and is able to communicate effectively with others. This individual should also have the ability to manage several ongoing client projects simultaneously. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Senior Coordinators in managing Ad Campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other common platforms.
• Create and edit content for digital advertising campaigns.
• Write SEO-friendly content where applicable.
• Contribute to reports and analytics for a client campaign that details why the campaign is performing or not performing.
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives.
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives for client projects.
• Collaboration with teammates to accomplish project deadlines within the Marketing Communications team and other company teams.
• Effective client communication daily by phone, e-mail, virtual, and in-person meetings when necessary.
• Manage several client projects simultaneously and maintain quality.
• Presentation skills to clients for reporting on current or developing new business as necessary.
• Travel is possible to client locations for meetings or events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of digital marketing experience (agency experience highly preferred).
• Capable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Knowledge of modern digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google AdWords, All social media ad platforms, and more. (Certifications are a plus).
• Experience in assisting the management or managing digital advertising campaigns. 
• Familiarity with general modern digital marketing and multi-media fields such as online video, print design, social media, blogs, TV, and radio.
• Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills on behalf of clients are a must.
• Friendly disposition to interact with clients.
• Capable of emailing, calling, and video chatting with clients.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly growing industry.
• Hunger to learn and enhance skills

• Beginning salary is estimated between $40,000-$45,000 based on experience level and competency.
