    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan consisting of:

    Sales and Gross Margin Production Plans with a focus on Market Share increases

    Key Customer and Vendor Relationships

    Implement Company Objectives and Achieve Growth Goals

    Promote DOTP and Quality initiatives throughout the Territory

    Drive Operational, Asset and Expense Management Plans Territory wide

    Maximize North Coast assets and resources across the Territory

    Associate Development

    • Attract, retain, motivate, coach, and develop Associates for high performance
    • Encourage and assist Associates in pursing career development opportunities
    • Provide Associates with training to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Effectively communicate and develop strong interpersonal relationships

    Provide leadership, vision, organization, and direction to build and lead a team capable of meeting customer requirements

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

    • CDA (Central Dispatch Area) or Hub Management Experience preferred
    • 5 years industry experience
    • Significant experience in Distributor Operations
    • Background in Contractor and Industrial planning and sales growth
    • Outside Sales and / or successful management experience preferred
    • Clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SSM and CRM tools

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Office/warehouse environment
    • Frequent phone/computer use
    • Travel to customer, Service Center, and Vendor locations
