    Position Summary

    The Executive Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion will serve as Rogers’ system wide champion for creating a culture of inclusion and belonging to our workforce, workplace, and marketplace. This position has a hybrid work schedule which includes weekly in office presence in Oconomowoc WI.


    Responsibilities:

    • Research, develop, recommend, and implement best-in class principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion for Rogers system wide
    • Lead internal assessment to determine baseline data across Rogers workforce, patient care, vendors and community partners
    • Advise the Senior Leadership Team on emerging DEI topics and legislation and where process improvements can be made
    • Develop assessments to monitor DEI activity performance and inform decisions on how to better achieve DEI objectives
    • Collaborate with HR professionals across Rogers to align education
    • Provide coaching and consultation to Rogers leaders on best practices in EDI
    • Lead the development of affinity and ally groups with input from Rogers workforce members and team leaders
    • Serve as lead consultant in aligning diversity, equity and inclusion education with other Rogers development and training programs
    • Manage DEI KPI’s for senior leaders to assist in establishing strategic and organizational goals
    • Up to 15% of travel to local and various worksites based upon planned strategy

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource, psychology, business administration, organizational design, healthcare, or related discipline is required
    • Master’s degree preferred
    • 10+ years work experience in healthcare, business, or similar industry in progressively responsible positions
    • 5+ years of experience in implementing Diversity and Inclusion program development strategies is required
    • Experience working with multi-stie/state clinics and hospitals to drive initiatives and goals across the organization is preferred
    • Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity laws and regulations
    • Established relationships with local and national diversity organizations
    • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
