    We are looking for an INDUSTRIAL OUTSIDE SALES at our Klamath Falls, OR location.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

     

    • Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in Klamath Falls & Medford.
    • Manage and grow market share of existing, assigned, and new accounts.
    • Create and implement NCE specific business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account specific strategies such as sales, growth, and market share.
    • Promote key vendor’s products through proactive product marketing, training opportunities, and joint sales calls.
    • Champion our Rockwell and Non-Rockwell offerings. Work closely with the Industrial Sales Manager and Specialists to aggressively identify, solicit, bid, and write opportunities.
    • Retain and enhance existing relationships with strategic customers, key players, and reps.
    • Communicate, mentor, and work closely with the inside support staff to optimize customer service and maximize account penetration and sales.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

     

    • 2 years Inside Sales experience.
    • Competent working knowledge of Rockwell control products.
    • Good computer skills and have a working knowledge of Solar/Eclipse.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Self-motivated, outgoing, positive attitude, good communicator, team player, professional in appearance.
    • Willing to travel and work the necessary hours.

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

     

    • Frequent computer and telephone use.
    • Driving to customer offices, jobsites, vendor, NCE functions/meetings/events
    • Occasional heavy lifting – up to 50 lbs.
    • Occasional out of town travel.
    • Office and jobsite environment.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications

    EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

    • Current Texas Nursing License

    • Current BLS, ACLS and PALS

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in PACU or ICU

    • SKILLS REQUIRED:

      1. INTERDEPENDENT PARTNERING
      • Good communication and human relations skills.

       

      1. MASTERING COMPLEXITY
      • Ability to organize and follow through on own initiative.
      • Ability to master new skills.

       

      1. TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL
      • Thorough knowledge of all phases of perioperative process including knowledge of surgical procedures and anesthesia implications.
      • Current nursing assessment and patient care skills.
      • Telemetry experience necessary

       

      1. EDUCATION
      • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
      • Current license to practice nursing in the State of Texas.
      • CPR certified. ACLS certification is required within 6 months of employment if not currently certified.

       

      1. EXPERIENCE
      • Critical Care or PACU experience preferred.

       

      1. WORK ENVIRONMENT
      • Outpatient Surgery
      • PHYSICAL DEMANDS (I.E. WORKS ON A COMPUTER, USE OF TELEPHONE, LIFTS UP TO 50 LBS.)
      • Works on computer, uses telephone.
      • Intermittent physical mobility/activity including walking, standing, sitting. Light lifting, pulling and pushing of carts, equipment, ect. Must be able to bend body downward at the waist, be able to kneel.
