    +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ |   | | | | JOB SUMMARY: | | | |   | | | | The Director of Digital Marketing is a strategic leader in the Marketing | | team that will drive the strategy, development and execution of | | omnichannel marketing plans, with a heavy focus on digital and mobile | | channels. The Director will be part of Marketing’s senior leadership | | tasked with driving the growth of the marketing team, a road map for | | product marketing and the management of key team members. This role will | | support member acquisition and retention activities across all product | | lines. This role requires a multifaceted marketing professional to | | oversee our digital vendor, manage our online advertising campaigns, SEO | | strategy, website UX, social media, and web content creation. This role | | is responsible for adopting a test-and-learn strategy across key | | channels and reporting/interpreting results to key stakeholders. The | | director will build the company’s capabilities across all channels and | | bring in the appropriate vendors and staff to ensure their vision is | | executed. The director will build and maintain productive working | | relationships across all BMC HealthNet Plan and Well Sense Health Plan | | and with external customers and take on other responsibilities as | | needed. | | | |   | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | KEY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES | | | |   | | | | - Develop and execute annual marketing and digital communications | | plans | | - Build digital marketing road map | | - Develop and manages budget for digital marketing | | - Manage staff within marketing organization | | - Manage the company’s digital presence including websites, social | | media, online advertising, text messages, automated calls, and email | | communications | | - Optimize SEM and SEO accounts across business lines in coordination | | with our digital agency | | - Update and report monthly dashboard insights and testing plans to | | key stakeholders | | - Manage web development vendor and drives development of new websites | | or features as needed | | - Develop business justifications for member and provider portal | | enhancements | | - Develop communication plans that drive increased portal adoption | | - Work collaboratively with members of the Marketing team to integrate | | market research intelligence across digital and mobile properties | | - Work with internal business analytics group to gather market and | | membership trends and applies that information to develop | | data-driven strategies for membership growth | | - Research and implement new channels or activities that support our | | member acquisition and retention efforts | | - Manage systems used to manage omnichannel outreach efforts, such as | | email, SMS, automated call, and orientation material portal | | - Ensure compliance of all marketing activities with state and federal | | regulatory requirements | | - Ensure corporate identity and brand standards are maintained | | - Support initiatives designed to improve the overall health of our | | member populations | | - Ensures corporate identity and brand standards are maintained. | | - Supports Quality and Care Management initiatives in achieving | | programs designed to improve the overall health of our | | member populations. | | - Performs other duties as required. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
