    Receptionist/Legal Assistant Do you want to work in a place where you are part of a team and help lots of people? We are a matrimonial and family law firm that is seeking to expand the team and we need a receptionist/legal assistant to join our team and work directly with the attorneys, support the team and assist our clients and clients-to-be. We want to be known for helping our clients get to a better place with a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need a receptionist legal assistant who can hit the ground running or pick up speed fast.  There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. Responsibilities: • Interface with clients, potential new clients, and vendors by phone, email, mail, and in-person • Drafting - emails, letters, retainer agreements; typing from handwritten notes • Contribute to the creation, improvement, and implementation of new office procedures • Assist with keeping a pleasant work environment by keeping the office looking nice, ordering supplies        • Triage and sort emails • Simple execution work on an ad hoc basis as delegated Qualifications: • You smile when you answer the phone • You are an amazing scheduler with a sickening degree of attention to detail • You are very good with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet • Your middle name is “No Drama” • You are an awesome juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly - You do not think scanning and copying are “beneath you”. Compensation: $41,600 yearly
