Job Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer interaction and service
- Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Quality assurance of work performed/delivered
- Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementations and administration of company policies and procedures
- Assigns work orders; ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest shop and technician productivity and standard of repair
- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and devise and implement a business plan to meet them
- Direct and implement a mutually profitable business environment with all other departments
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of each project
- Effectively communicates all relevant project information throughout organization
- Documents all phases of each project (written and photo)
- Minimizes exposure and risk on all aspects of each project
