Your daily activity will include: • Monitoring the sales process and documenting follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Performing analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Building rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Preparing letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions, and • Ensuring a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Qualifications: OTHER SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES INCLUDE YOUR ABILITY TO: • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal with superior phone skills • Remain ambitious and organized • Connect with our core values – Integrity, Teamwork, Be Humble, Growth Mindset, and Accountability • Be professional in attitude and appearance • Be on Zoom video when working for easy collaboration and communication • Make about 100 calls on a daily basis Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
