The Role As the Global Head of Internships and Early Career Programs you w ill drive the development and execution of our early career programs, including BNY Mellon's Global Intern Program and leadership development rotational programs. Manage and drive BNY Mellon's early career program strategies including, but not limited to, rotation solicitation and placement, performance management and training and development. Develop and deliver best-in-class internship experience, including intern orientation, intern manager training, social events, intern performance management and intern conversion and offer process Execute the onboarding, learning and development strategy for new college graduates entering the organization to assist with transition from university to corporate, driving engagement Build and manage a high performing early career talent programs team to execute on programs and strategies across the globe Partner with leaders across the organization to understand future talent needs and ensure a robust and engaging experience to our program participants. What it takes Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience Minimum of 10 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruiting, Talent/Learning Development and/or HR Minimum of 5 years of people management experience with a proven track record of building, coaching, and developing high performing teams Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams Execution orientated, with a strong passion for results Solid and persuasive verbal, written and consulting communication skills, strong presentation skills Expect more Enjoy more health, wealth and well being Together we are more so we take great care of our most important asset - our people.
