    BOB TYLER TOYOTA is seeking an experienced FIXED OPERATIONS MANAGER. The Fixed Ops Manager is responsible for all operations within the service department - setting policy and processes, hiring staff, managing technicians, service advisors, and insuring great customer service. This is a very fast paced position in a high-volume dealership. Candidate will have to have a proven record of cost effect strategies, customer service scores, and strong leadership abilities. BOB TYLER TOYOTA HAS 25 YEARS OF CONSECUTIVE LOCAL FAMILY OWNERSHIP. OUR DEALERSHIP IS VERY INVOLVED IN THE PENSACOLA COMMUNITY.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
    • Serving as a liaison between technicians, customers, and other department managers
    • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
    • Manage technicians and service advisors
    • Interview and make new hires
    • Manage staff training
    • Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
    • Technical automotive knowledge
    • Demonstrated ability to manage others
    • CDK- Experience is a PLUS!
    • Organized and friendly personality
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
    • Warranty processing knowledge
