The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to operations. They will be the sales leader in the studio and generate at least 40% of the monthly sales. Promote, market, establish / maintain community relationships in the area for BODY20 and paint the town blue!! They will ensure the studio meets or exceeds sales goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of sales, marketing, customer service, team member relations, training, in-studio business performance, and member retention.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of driving sales and high end membership sales
Confident and capable of generating membership sales and creating member relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals
Highly motivated, confident, and a people-focused leader who will be able to provide support to our team
Must have business knowledge and be focused on driving bottom line revenue
Previous franchise system experience wanted but not a deal breaker
Following a sales system
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
2+ years of retail, wellness service sales or fitness sales experience, prior membership sales experience preferred
Experience in opening new membership based wellness/fitness studios is a plus
Responsibilities:
Follow the BODY20 franchise system
Drive and lead sales with 40% monthly membership sales
Member engagement through social media, monthly newsletter and member outreach
Lead social media efforts
Generate and manage new leads and convert them to memberships
Lead community outreach with marketing calendar
Train Sales Associates
Sell memberships, packages, and retail product offerings
Supervise and coach studio team and establish fun and engaging studio culture
Recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and termination of studio personnel
Manage staff schedule
Handle all new hire paperwork and on-boarding
