    Position Overview:

    As a Body20 Sales Leader, you will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness concept by providing high energy sales and team leadership for our studios in Fort Collins, CO and Broomfield, CO. You will have significant growth opportunities as we expand into new territories and open new studios across the front range.

    Who you are and what you have:

    Prior and proven experience in B2C Sales, fitness sales a big plus

    Unquenchable desire to do hard things to get long term results

    An A player that knows it takes the team to win and willing to step in the face of adversity

    Highly competitive in nature and a must win attitude

    Driven to help people, including those surrounding you, be better for knowing you

    Compensation includes base salary plus generous commission plan

    Responsibilities

    Create and implement marketing and sales plans to drive organic and digital lead generation across 2 studios

    Fully accountable for attaining studio sales goals

    Attend and actively participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand

    Take the lead in building community business relationships and partnerships

    Maintain social media platforms along side of other staff and outsource vendors

    Work in parallel with studio managers and owners on a daily basis to drive results

    Tracking and submitting KPI's on a daily basis for each studio

    Requirements

    Prior B2C/membership SALES experience and success required (Do not apply if otherwise)

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly

    Passion for health and wellness

    Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays (40+ hours/week)

    Strong Follow-up and organizational skills

    Experience managing a team with proven success is a plus

    Experience with managing social media/marketing platforms
