    Position: Studio Sales Manager

    BODY20® is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Sales Manager for our Pembroke Pines, FL studio. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Sales Manager will provide remarkable leadership and directly ensure the studio meets or exceeds sales goals, oversee daily business operations, sales, marketing, profitability, member retention and staff development and relations while delivering brand consistency and ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service.

    Responsibilities

    Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing hiring, development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches.

    Drive and lead sales of memberships, packages, and retail product offerings, while engaging with members and provding exceptional customer service.

    Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars.

    Host (minimum) weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach.

    Lead community outreach with marketing calendar: promote corporate (B2B) and grassroots special events for the studio on a regular basis.

    Qualifications

    2+ years of sales and customer service experience in retail, wellness service sales or boutique fitness sales (prior track record in driving high end membership sales preferred). If you have a KILLER SALES PITCH, schedule an interview now!

    Previous franchise system experience (preferred but not required), operating annual revenue of $600,000 or higher. Experience in opening new membership-based wellness/fitness studios is a plus.

    Must have business knowledge and be focused on driving bottom line revenue.

    Bilingual – English/Spanish (preferred but not required).

    Highly motivated, confident, great verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented and capable of generating member and community relationships delivering above and beyond customer service.

    Experience leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPIs.

    Comfort working on multiple concurrent activities, while keeping attention to detail.

    Computer/ Technology literate (Club CRM system preferred).
