BODYBAR's Franchise Business Manager, internally called the Studio Onboarding Manager, is responsible for ensuring the successful setup and opening of new studios within the franchise system. The SOM will report to the Director of Franchise Operations and will provide critical support to new franchisees, helping them learn and implement BODYBAR's procedures and processes, establish goals and standards, and launch their studios smoothly and successfully. As a member of the BODYBAR Franchising operations team, the SOM must possess excellent communication skills, have a business mindset, and be able to implement and improve processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Franchise Owner Liaison
Cultivate and establish positive relationships with new franchise owners through proactive, routine communication
Understand the franchise system, general policies and onboarding procedures
Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and execute business plans, define goals, and achieve timeline objectives using BODYBAR Franchising’s recommended tools and programs
Schedule and conduct calls with franchise owners to review onboarding progress
Assist with the new studio opening process
Training and development
Train franchisees and their staff on BODYBAR's opening procedures and processes, including studio operations, systems management, marketing, and sales
Identify & assist with the development of training curriculum for franchisees and their team
Conduct virtual & in-person training with new studios on programs, systems, and operational practices
Compliance
Manage branding and quality standards to ensure franchisees are informed and meeting expectations
Identify franchisee non-compliance issues and work with owners to make corrections prior to escalation
Help franchisees set and attain recruiting and presale targets as their accountability partner
Admin/Other
Attend and participate in monthly Meet the Team sessions
Various administrative functions including support for all business and system operations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's of Business, Communications or related field
Minimum 2 years of in:
Training & Development
Operation Management
Business start-up experience
Franchise System Management
Experience in Boutique Fitness preferred
Prior experience as a Franchise Business Coach (FBC) preferred
Prior sales and or business negotiation experience a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Must be outgoing with the ability to motivate a large group of people
Ability to build processes, prioritize work and be detail-oriented
Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously
Work well in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Detail oriented and be able to interpret complex budgeting tools
Must be willing to travel within the continental US up 50% of the time
