    BODYROK offers high intensity, low impact workouts that will tone, define and sculpt your body & mind in just 40 minutes. Our instructors have earned the reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California and we’re excited to introduce our concept to Chicago. We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method taught on custom-built reformers to deliver one of the most efficient full-body workouts there is. Our trainers are connected to a microphone instructing to heart-pumping music in high-energy studios. The BODYROK method is built to be high-intensity & low-impact leaving our clients energized and feeling great!

    We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, and the BODYROK brand.

    Studio locations: Marina, Mission, Polk, Financial District, and Haight

    The District Operations Manager ensures that all operations functions within the studio provide the best member experience, team member environment, and contribute to the studio’s financial success.

    The District Operations Manager recruits, interviews, trains, develops, and schedules a diverse team and provides leadership and direction to ensure the team achieves goals.

    This position is responsible for communicating and upholding company policies, standards and delivering on our commitment to a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio.

    Responsible for the successful attainment of studio targets (e.g. member service, cleanliness, revenue, and retention)

    Ensures that the facility is well equipped, and provides a clean and safe environment for both members and employees.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    Manage studio operations/studio walkthroughs

    Manage Studio Advisor scheduling

    Manage Studio Advisor time & attendance

    Create and implement retail & water inventory/sales reporting

    Studio Advisor hiring i.e. phone interviews & assist with In-person interviews

    Manage Studio Advisor onboarding

    Manage studio binders

    Manage Studio Advisor written warnings and disciplinary documentation

    Paycheck sorting & distribution each pay period

    Manage supply logs - per studio

    Supply & towel distribution as needed

    Oversee cleanliness of studios

    Manage studio audits

    Manage and conduct Studio Advisor performance reviews

    Create content for monthly newsletters

    Must be available to work one weekend a month as Manager on Duty

    Must be available three times a week team conference calls

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to work in the studio; move about studio floors and rooms; review, revise, create studio paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public

    Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

    The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms

    Work Environment:

    While performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts

    The noise level in the environment is loud

    Ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the business, including frequent extended workdays, and weekends and holidays may be required

    Travel:

    Must have a personal vehicle to travel between studios.
