    About the Role

    BODYROK is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior leader with a primary focus on business operations, administrative execution, and organizational efficiency.

    This role is ideal for a high-performing early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day business priorities are executed seamlessly while supporting broader operational initiatives.

    What You’ll Do

    Business & Administrative Support (Primary Focus)

    Manage day-to-day administrative needs including calls, follow-ups, and email correspondence

    Organize and maintain inboxes to ensure clear communication and prioritization

    Prepare, update, and manage spreadsheets and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required)

    Assist with financial organization, banking coordination, and expense tracking

    Manage calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings

    Set up and oversee Zoom meetings, agendas, and follow-up materials

    Prepare documents, reports, and materials for meetings and ongoing projects

    Support operational workflows, process tracking, and cross-functional coordination

    Maintain organized digital systems and continuously improve efficiency across tasks

    Operations & Project Support

    Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines and priorities are met

    Conduct research to support business decisions, vendors, and partnerships

    Coordinate logistics across business priorities and special projects

    Support light HR and administrative functions as needed

    Assist in managing expenses, receipts, and reporting

    Secondary Support (As Needed)

    Coordinate select personal or household scheduling to ensure overall efficiency

    Assist with vendor coordination and service appointments

    Support occasional logistical needs related to the executive’s day-to-day operations

    Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

    Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

    Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or support role preferred

    Interest in business operations, startups, or high-growth environments

    Based in the Miami area
