Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
Sales and Retention Goals: Work diligently to achieve membership, sales, and retention targets within the studio. Devise strategies to enhance retention through outreach initiatives and other programs.
Influencer Program Management: Oversee the studio's influencer program, ensuring effective collaborations and outreach efforts.
Social Media Management: Handle the management of BODYROK Nashville's social media accounts, including daily posting, community engagement, and maximizing reach and engagement through Instagram ad spend.
PR and Community Outreach: Execute community outreach initiatives and manage public relations efforts to bolster the studio's presence and engagement within the local community.
Marketing: Collaborate with the BODYROK Corporate Marketing team on marketing emails and other promotional materials. Stay abreast of in-studio deals and events to effectively promote them on social media platforms.
Event Planning and Sales Competitions: Organize in-studio events, manage sales competitions, and coordinate theme classes each month to drive sales and enhance client engagement.
Sales Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to Studio Advisors (SAs), offering sales training sessions and 1:1 assistance to enhance their sales techniques.
Manage client engagement efforts: Generate and analyze various reports, including subscription reports. Initiate client outreach based on report findings.
Staff Engagement Support: Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations on staff engagement efforts and assist with periodic sales training sessions for SAs. Develop staff sales contests and incentives to drive motivation and performance.
Referral Program and Marketing Materials Management: Manage the BODYROK Referral program and ensure proper placement of studio marketing materials via TV, signage, and instructor and SA scripts. Keep staff informed about marketing efforts and maintain an updated marketing and social media calendar for leadership access.
This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing studio operations, fostering community engagement, and driving sales growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the field of marketing, sales, or public relations
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personable and able to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Ability to resolve difficult problems using clear communication and adaptability
Good research and problem-solving skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
