Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and industrious person to join us as a Production Associate to join our team! As a member of the HamFam, you will assist in the preparation and production of our World Famous Hams & Turkey Breasts. Responsibilities will include pulling the Hams & Turkeys from cooler, unbagging, and preparing the hams to be glazed. After being glazed the Hams will be pulled from the glazing rings and set on cooling tables to be wrapped. This is an Easy, but fast-paced operation and usually includes 6-8 hour days, almost every day for about 3 or 4 weeks, then the pace slows down to a normal workload. Peak Holiday Season runs from November 10th thru New Years. Anyone with previous Honey Baked experience is almost guaranteed a spot, especially glazers.

Responsibilities

Retrieve product to be produced, unpack and prepare it for production.

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Light duty cleaning. (a few dishes, sweep, mop wipe down surfaces)
