We're looking for a dependable, hardworking BOH Cook to join our kitchen team! The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in preparing quality food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and providing consistent service during busy shifts.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards

Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Follow prep lists and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready

Properly store and lable food

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Work efficiently during high-volume periods

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Follow all health and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred

Reliable and punctual

Able to work in fast-paced environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
