Your Role
As a BOH Manager / Lead Cook, you’ll oversee back-of-house operations and lead a tight-knit team to deliver consistent quality and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Cook and plate dishes to recipe standards
Train, motivate, and support staff (<5 employees)
Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory control
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
Collaborate with ownership on operations and menus
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of BOH leadership experience (Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, Key Holder, etc.)
Experience in an independent or scratch-kitchen restaurant preferred
Food safety certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and hands-on team player
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
