The earning potential for YEAR 1 can be UP TO $80,000/YEAR. The compensation consists of BASE HOURLY PAY, COMMISSIONS, BONUSES, AND RENEWALS. Where you fall within that range is all dependent on you. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT / MEDICARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Being coachable and having the willingness to learn
• Enthusiastic and having the ability to transfer that energy over the phone
• Aptitude in Sales
• Capable of dedicating themselves to a cause
• Ability to bounce back from challenges with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Possess the desire to succeed and self-motivated
• Ability to adapt to changes with a can-do attitude
• Proficient computer skills
• Team player that enjoys a competitive environment
• Active California Health and Life Insurance License OR the ability to become licensed

If you are a Top Sales Producer, we are open to training and assisting you in getting licensed.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position MONDAY - FRIDAY with a flexible start time of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. During our busy seasons, we may work on some Saturdays. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
