Position Details:

• Hours: Enjoy flexible scheduling between 8 am and 5/6 pm, with a schedule tailored to your availability upon hiring.
• Seasonal Team Members: Ideal for students, teachers, seasonal workers, or anyone looking to earn extra income without a long-term commitment. Part-time scheduling allows flexibility around family, school, or other commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the operations and facilities maintenance team, delivering excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain facility organization and cleanliness, including holiday preparations and decorating.
• Perform tasks such as power washing, holiday setup (hanging Christmas lights, etc.), small painting touchups, landscaping (weeding and mulching flowerbeds), and tree trimming.
• Take initiative throughout your shift and assume responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Consistently adhere to processes, procedures, and organizational standards in all areas.
• Follow safety, security, and respectful workplace policies and procedures.
