    Job Overview

    The Pega RPA Technical Consultant matches technical insight to business needs for digital transformation through automation. Ultimately responsible for delivering the technical assets to make our automation designs a reality, the Pega RPA Technical Consultant must also be comfortable talking with customers and business users about any business process across all industries, and the implications of automation implementation.

    The Pega RPA Technical Consultant should be a consummate expert in one or more RPA platforms, with experience in Pega RPA (formerly OpenSpan) specifically. We also focus on Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and BluePrism. BP3 is seeking an expert to co-lead a growing robotics practice. Expertise in related technology is a great benefit: C# and/or Java, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Technology (.NET technologies, SQL Server, Web Services).

    Primary Responsibilities and Activities

    Must have demonstrable experience in: Pega Robotics (formerly OpenSpan)

    Preferred experience in one or more of the following: Automation Anywhere (or IBM RPA), BluePrism, UiPath.

    Understanding of RPA infrastructure setup and best practices

    Understanding of Assisted vs Unassisted Robotics Implementations

    Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools, BPM Platforms, Decision Management Platforms, or AI services is a plus

    Travel to customer sites to work directly with customer technical staff and mentor their use of RPA suites

    Travel to customer sites to work directly with customer business staff to validate requirements, play back solutions, and collaborate on robotic designs.

    Experience

    Three to five years of technical consulting experience, including customer-facing and travel experience.

    More than one year of experience with Pega RPA (formerly OpenSpan) software suite

    Prior .NET experience (Visual studio 2015/2010 and C#)

    Documented RPA Certifications a plus (Pega Certified Robotic System Architect, for example)

    Education and Training

    Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar technical major
