Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BPM Consultant with expertise in JBPM or Java Business Process Model to join our team in Irving, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes for our clients, leveraging your technical knowledge and consulting skills to drive efficiency and innovation.

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement efficient business processes using JBPM or Java Business Process Model
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop process models and documentation to support BPM initiatives
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on BPM methodologies and best practices
• Provide expert guidance on process automation and optimization strategies
• Monitor and evaluate implemented processes to ensure effectiveness and suggest refinements as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in BPM to continually enhance our service offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a BPM Consultant, with a strong focus on JBPM or Java Business Process Model
• In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in process modeling, analysis, and optimization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in conducting workshops and presenting complex information to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with process automation tools and technologies
• BPM certifications such as CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) or OCEB (OMG Certified Expert in BPM) are preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
