    Job Description

    Very busy, fast-paced electrical contractor looking for a full-time administrative/office assistant. Looking to fill the position immediately. We need a high-energy person with a clear speaking voice. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Answering phones and taking detailed messages
    • Data Entry
    • Emailing
    • Maintaining a calendar/schedule for technicians and estimators
    • Scheduling Estimates
    • General office duties
    • Microsoft Office experience
    • General knowledge of QuickBooks - I am willing to teach
    • Invoicing
    • Ordering Parts
    • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
    • Capacity to learn quickly and follow directions
    • Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have excellent customer service skills
    • Dependable and punctual Must be drug-free, have a clean background check, and a valid driver's license Hours: M-F at least 40 hours dependent upon workflow - Some Saturdays may be required during busy seasons with plenty of notice (We are flexible!)
