Job Description
Very busy, fast-paced electrical contractor looking for a full-time administrative/office assistant. Looking to fill the position immediately. We need a high-energy person with a clear speaking voice.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and taking detailed messages
- Data Entry
- Emailing
- Maintaining a calendar/schedule for technicians and estimators
- Scheduling Estimates
- General office duties
- Microsoft Office experience
- General knowledge of QuickBooks - I am willing to teach
- Invoicing
- Ordering Parts
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Capacity to learn quickly and follow directions
- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
Must be drug-free, have a clean background check, and a valid driver's license
Hours: M-F at least 40 hours dependent upon workflow - Some Saturdays may be required during busy seasons with plenty of notice (We are flexible!)
