  • Responsibilities

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for the management of all facets of a 35 unit SRO for formerly homeless individuals with HIV/AIDS and/or mental health disorders. Supervise all staff including professional/clinical and non-professional/ administrative. Oversee the clinical coordination of services to tenants. Develop, implement and evaluate program service delivery to meet tenants’ needs. Produce internal and external monthly and annual reports. Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations. Take responsibility for 24-hour operations, which includes security and building services. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned. Reports to Vice President of Housing Services.

     

    **SIGN ON BONUS $3000 after 6 months (external candidates only)**

     

    HOURS:

    Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

    • Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Masters Degree preferred in one of the mental health disciplines, public administration, or related human services, and BA required. Two or more years in supervisory or managerial position. Demonstrated leadership abilities.

    Significant experience working in a supportive housing or residential setting with individuals with substance abuse, HIV/AIDS, and/or psychiatric disorders. Knowledge of LIHTC regulations preferred. Experience with harm reduction and motivational interviewing techniques preferred. Demonstrable written and oral communication. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
