Administrative Assistant - 112-18 Astoria Boulevard
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative and clerical support to staff in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the program. Responsible for handling calls, preparing correspondence, maintaining schedules, preparing specialized reports, maintaining filing systems, and assist with maintaining database. Serve as a liaison to other BRC programs and departments. Monitor the lobby reception post as needed. Assist clients with making appointments to see clinical team and facilitate meetings for management with outside vendors as needed. Related duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required. At least one year experience performing administrative functions in an office setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills preferred. Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills helpful. Must be proficient in computer databases and MS Office software. Bilingual abilities a plus.
