  • Responsibilities

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsible for conducting initial health and ongoing clinical assessments. Oversee medications process and monitor resident compliance; ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines; oversee patient care procedures; liaisons with medical providers to ensure medical regimens are followed; coordinate residents medical and psychiatric treatment and follow up; provide training for program staff; participate in case conferences with program staff. Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.

    HOURS:

    Full-time 37.5 hours per week

    • Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11:30pm
    • Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    CNA Certification. HS Diploma or GED required. Experience in working with homeless individuals with histories of mental illness and/or substance abuse preferred. Basic computer literacy required. CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
