  • Responsibilities

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise assigned staff; provide administrative support for program staff; develop and maintain filing; log in resident checks; input client statistics in database; order supplies, complete all vouchers and responsible for completing all funding reports; perform clerical functions including reception and word processing as needed and related duties as assigned.

    HOURS: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

    Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/GED required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, word processing and typing skills, ability to use independent judgment. Basic computer literacy required.
