Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Washing and drying dishes, cookware, utensils, and other kitchen items by hand or using a dishwasher
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces
• Removing kitchen waste and keeping the dish area organized and clutter-free
• Setting up and maintaining dish stations, machines, and sinks
• Assisting cooks and other kitchen staff as needed
• Restock dining areas as needed.
• Unload different delivery vehicles.
• Support restaurant staff members to work efficiently
• High school diploma or GED are required
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management
• Should be able to left 20+ lbs
• Should have the willingness to comply with all food safety guidelines.
