We are searching for a General Manager to be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of an indoor recreation facility. They will be responsible for ensuring that the location is running smoothly and profitably while maintaining a high level of customer service. The General Manager will also be required to have a Food Handlers Card and ServSafe certification due to facility food and beverage program.

Salary: $70,000/year

Schedule: 40 hours/week; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability are REQUIRED, the rest of the scheduled work days are negotiable.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of general manager/supervising experience or minimum of 5 years of management experience in the food & beverage or hospitality/entertainment industry.

Must have a valid, non-expired Clark County Food Handlers card.

Must be ServSafe certified.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial statements.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
