Bank Teller, Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bank Teller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling bank products and services to customers.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

Promote and sell bank products and services to customers

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer customers to other departments as appropriate

Stay up-to-date on bank products, services, and policies

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a bank teller or personal banker preferred

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of banking products and services
