Dover Jewelry, a well-established luxury jeweler based in Brickell, is seeking a highly detail-oriented E-Commerce Auction Writer & Listing Specialist to join our in-house team. This is a hands-on role at the center of our online business,where precision, speed, and strong writing directly drive sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working within a structured system. It’s a hands-on position in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, suited for individuals who value accuracy, consistency, and efficiency over creative or unstructured work.

What You’ll Do

Input jewelry details into a structured listing template

Evaluate pieces using internal guidelines (training provided)

Match specifications to the correct fields (metal, stones, size, etc.)

Upload and organize images

Launch listings on eBay with accuracy and consistency

Manage high-volume listings with attention to detail

Who This Role Is For

Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals

Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work

Strong basic writing skills (clear, not creative)

Able to follow systems and maintain accuracy under deadlines

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with eBay or any e-commerce platform

• Experience writing product descriptions or listings

• Background in luxury goods, fashion, or jewelry (a plus, not required)

No jewelry experience? No problem. We provide full training.
