    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s Sales and Logistics team as an Entry-Level Coordinator. This full-time role will involve supporting various aspects of sales, logistics, and inventory management crucial to the success of our operations.

    Job Title: Sales and Logistics Coordinator - Medical Device

    Experience: 1-2 years of prior job experience required.

    Location: Local candidates only (must live in Orange County)

    Job Type: Full Time, 100% In-House

    Salary: $18-$20 DOE (Non-Exempt)

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Manage order ship dates and ensure timely delivery to customers.

    Accurately log units ordered and maintain detailed records.

    Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries about products, lead times, etc.

    Capture leads for potential clients and distribution partners.

    Conduct market research.

    Assist in planning and executing domestic and international trade shows.

    Generate shipping labels according to individual client requirements.

    Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

    Resolve shipping issues efficiently to ensure smooth delivery processes.

    Skills and Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.

    1-2 years of prior job experience required.

    Prior experience in the medical device industry, customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination is a plus.

    Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Familiarity with the medical device industry regulations and standards is desirable.
