    • Currently offers their products in 5 different markets and are looking to continue to grow


    What is Being Offered:

    • Flexible compensation, base + uncapped commissions (first year OTE $80K-$120K)

    What the Position is About:

    • Make daily in-person contact with architecture firms, design firms, developers, flooring contractors, property managers, and building owners
    • 4 days in the field vs 1 day at home office
    • Conduct knowledge presentations and use approved sales tools to specify projects
    • Write resilient flooring specifications with architects, designers, specifiers, and end-users
    • Work closely with other sales personnel to establish relationships with key flooring contractors, builders & developers to pull-through specifications and secure business opportunities
    • Maintain and establish new relationships with specifiers to gain sales and market penetration
    • Coordinate with vendors and/or manufacturers representatives to maximize market potential
    • Schedule Lunch & Learns and CEU presentations
    • Attend and work regional trade shows and exhibitions


    The Right Candidate Will Have:

    • 2-3 years of flooring or A&D sales experience is required
    • Strong technology knowledge and experience utilizing social media
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Self-starter, independent, and has a growth mindset
