What is Being Offered:
- Flexible compensation, base + uncapped commissions (first year OTE $80K-$120K)

What the Position is About:
- Make daily in-person contact with architecture firms, design firms, developers, flooring contractors, property managers, and building owners
- 4 days in the field vs 1 day at home office
- Conduct knowledge presentations and use approved sales tools to specify projects
- Write resilient flooring specifications with architects, designers, specifiers, and end-users
- Work closely with other sales personnel to establish relationships with key flooring contractors, builders & developers to pull-through specifications and secure business opportunities
- Maintain and establish new relationships with specifiers to gain sales and market penetration
- Coordinate with vendors and/or manufacturers representatives to maximize market potential
- Schedule Lunch & Learns and CEU presentations
- Attend and work regional trade shows and exhibitions
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 2-3 years of flooring or A&D sales experience is required
- Strong technology knowledge and experience utilizing social media
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-starter, independent, and has a growth mindset
