What The Position is About:

• Looking for a hands-on, process-driven leader to oversee all operations for the company (5 locations)
• All installation and service managers between the different offices report into the Operations Director
• Ensure installation and production processes are completed within specified budgetary guidelines and quality initiatives
• Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations
• Oversee the creation of the installer’s weekly schedule
• Recruit, hire and train departmental managers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure appropriate job objectives are met effectively and completely

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Operations leadership experience within the home improvement industry
• Experience managing operations at an $80M+ home improvement company
• Working knowledge of Florida’s residential construction methods, techniques, & systems, and building codes
• A hands-on, process-driven mindset
