What The Position is About:
- Formulate, implement and direct the strategic plans for the company’s business units
- Ensure financial information, analysis and reporting is accurate, timely, reliable, and relevant
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations and statements
- Provide consistent and accurate financial forecasting
- Monitor capital requests and expectations to align with budget
- Oversee and manage all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems
- Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities
- Manage treasury functions, including cash management, cash forecasting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Create and oversee budgeting and department implementation providing financial metrics internally
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 10+ years of operational finance and accounting experience needed
- Experience within a B2C environment is required, home improvement industry experience is preferred
- Experience and comfort managing bank and audit relationships
- Experience working in a scaling business environment
