What The Position is About:

• Formulate, implement and direct the strategic plans for the company’s business units
• Ensure financial information, analysis and reporting is accurate, timely, reliable, and relevant
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations and statements
• Provide consistent and accurate financial forecasting
• Monitor capital requests and expectations to align with budget
• Oversee and manage all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems
• Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities
• Manage treasury functions, including cash management, cash forecasting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Create and oversee budgeting and department implementation providing financial metrics internally

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 10+ years of operational finance and accounting experience needed
• Experience within a B2C environment is required, home improvement industry experience is preferred 
• Experience and comfort managing bank and audit relationships
• Experience working in a scaling business environment
