What The Position is About:

• Manage the entire canvassing department for all company locations
• Recruit, train, and motivate canvassing personnel
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads
• Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the canvassing department to ensure that goals are being met
• Work closely with the call center leadership team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in a Canvass Director role
• Home improvement industry experience is preferred but not required
• Proven experience building & managing successful canvassing teams
