What The Position is About:

• Relaunch the canvassing department for the company’s Virginia Beach market (one of the company’s largest markets)
• Hire, train and retain the canvassing team with the assistance of the company’s recruiting department
• Lead and manage the canvassing department
• Develop and implement canvassing strategies and campaigns to generate leads
• Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the canvassing team
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support the conversion process

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of canvass experience within the home services industry
• Canvass leadership experience is required
• Home improvement experience is preferred, exterior experience would be ideal
• Show and events with canvassing experience is preferred
