What The Position is About:

• Oversee a team of 10 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
• Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Sales management experience within the home improvement industry
• Strong understanding & experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets & managing a successful sales team
