    What is Being Offered:

    • $80K base + commissions

    What the Position is About:

    • Build an ongoing relationship with and sell products to architects, contractors, builders, trade subcontractors and distributors in the single-family home building and remodeling segment
    • Identify new project opportunities through relationship building, networking, market research, educational opportunities (lunch & learns), trade shows, and training events
    • Work with contractors and dealers for pull-through sales
    • Routine travel in the assigned area to maintain customer relationships, perform product demos, and assist with new installations
    • Train key influencers and installers
    • Report weekly progress of the pipeline and proposals through business reviews and presentations to management


    The Right Candidate Will Have:

    • Experience selling building materials and/or in a field sales role
    • Proven ability to develop long term strategic relationships at decision maker level
    • Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to all levels of stakeholder internal and external, orally, written, and through presentations
    • Bilingual with English and Spanish is a plus
