What The Position is About:

• Oversee all operations for the company
• Streamline and improve company processes, while maintaining positive growth
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance
• Manage the P&L for the company
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and industry partners
• Develop and manage the annual budget, including sales forecasts, expenses, and profitability targets

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Proven General Manager experience, overseeing all operations (sales & production) for a $10M+ home improvement company
• P&L experience is required
• Experience implementing processes and procedures
